Liu Jinbiao is a recurrent con artist who turns deception from a survival tactic into a cultivation dao. Biography

Master Golden Tiger's long confidence game

Liu Jinbiao appears roughly once every thousand years under new identities, targeting weakened or disbanding sects whose histories are difficult to verify. Calling himself Master Golden Tiger, he uses a jade saturated with borrowed aura to impersonate a peak Nirvana Shatterer. His actual cultivation has only just reached Illusory Yin, so the performance depends on research, timing, and observers' willingness to believe the prestigious role he presents. Wang Lin sees through the mismatch, captures him, and takes the extraordinary jade. Losing the artifact removes his easiest source of false pressure but forces him to refine the deeper principle behind his schemes. Becoming the false Divine Emperor

Liu explains three stages of deception: use truth and prejudice to mislead others; deceive oneself until memories and origin soul make the identity real; then return to the true self at will. Wang Lin exploits the second stage by installing memories that make Liu believe he is the sixth Vermillion Bird Divine Emperor. Because the memories are internally real, Fire Sparrow blood and soul examinations accept the identity. Great Celestial and final companionship

On the Immortal Astral Continent, Liu builds a public cult around “Great Celestial Jin Biao,” complete with processions, promises of pills and immortality, and recruitment rituals. Wang Lin recognizes the old method and terrifies him into acknowledging his master. Liu later flatters and cheats a Golden Exalt sea dragon, even massaging it in exchange for origin essence. Appearance and personality

The cited passages do not establish one trustworthy appearance, which suits a character who repeatedly changes identities. Liu is observant, shameless, adaptable, and quick to flatter anyone stronger. The three realms of deception

The first realm uses selected truths, social prejudice, camouflage, and an audience's expectations. The second turns deception inward until Liu's origin soul and memories genuinely embody the false identity, defeating ordinary lie detection and soul searching. The third restores his true self at will. The method's central danger is identity loss: if he cannot return from self-deception, the constructed person effectively replaces Liu Jinbiao. Reputation as a cultivation weapon

Liu builds institutions, rituals, witnesses, and staged miracles around his aliases. These layers make a claim credible before he ever meets a target, allowing weak cultivation to borrow the authority of collective belief.
