Biography

From Rat connector to government informant

Black Hammer served as the Covert Trumpeter's watchman and connected Theo with Rats for clandestine work, testing the job's size and payment before committing people. After Timothy's defeat, he followed Theo's advice, left Skeleton Fingers, became a legal subject, and took ownership of the tavern. He then watched for insurgents and passed reports to Theo's network, converting underground experience into paid intelligence for the new government. (Chapters 215, 1011)
