The Spatial Teleportation Disk is a rune-covered S-rank artifact made by Belial to open stable rifts across great distances and restricted boundaries.

History

Belial's bloodline relic

Bella gives Aengus the disk while stressing that it belongs to her father and must be cared for. Appraisal identifies Belial as its creator and states that operation is bound to his bloodline, or to a user acting with his permission. The gift therefore grants Aengus temporary authorized custody rather than uncomplicated ownership. At that point only two of ten uses remain, and each activation carries a seventy-two-hour cooldown. (Chapter 147)

Incorporated escape route

When Aengus plans to enter the Hero Empire, Belial reminds him that the disk can serve as a retreat option. Aengus has already synthesized it into his body for efficiency, an act the others do not yet know about. The corpus does not show whether incorporation restores its limited charges or changes the bloodline restriction, so its later independent condition remains unresolved. (Chapter 280)
