Bianca arrives at Bella's floating territory fearing an attack, only to discover her sister close to Aengus. Because she and Bella grew close through the absence of their mothers, she accepts him quickly as “brother-in-law,” mocks nobles who would challenge him, and admires his rapid reorganization of unruly forces. Her questions about the couple's sleeping arrangements repeatedly expose private tensions, but the teasing also draws her into their household rather than leaving her as a distant political relative. To The Demon World to Bella, Queen Of Destruction

Bianca carries Belial's marriage summons to Bella, witnesses Aria and Bella negotiate their shared marriage, and reports enough to provoke her father's protective challenge. She is frightened by Aengus's merged aura and relies on the two empresses' shields, accurately recognizing that the wars around her exceed her own demonstrated strength. Even so, she remains present through the family's deliberations and celebrates the proposed joint wedding, acting as an emotional and informational bridge among Bellfrost relatives. A Piece Of Bad News

A decade later, Bianca reunites with Bella as a mature woman. She answers the painful question of how much time has passed, admits how deeply she missed their earlier life, and immediately delights in becoming an aunt when Bella's pregnancy is revealed. The reunion develops her from a teasing younger sister into a poised adult without erasing her playful protest that the unborn child need not be a boy. (Chapter 415)

Bianca is a winged young demon who later matures into a poised woman. The corpus does not fix her hair, eye color, horns, or clothing.
