Biography

Kraetor and the Tower of Babylon

Paul searches for Crown Prince Alaric, reaching a nearly completed gate while exhausted. Once the prince and Aila return, they bring Paul to meet William, whom Alaric has discussed repeatedly. Paul then finds Arslan alive and embraces him without restraint. These actions establish Paul as courier, new resistance leader, and loyal friend; the selected evidence does not describe his route, the opposition he overcomes, or his later command record.
