Arslan
Arslan is a teenage leader among the Zelan Freedom Fighters who stays behind so his companions can escape and is later captured by Elven forces. (Chapters 404, 425, and 521)
Biography
Kraetor and the Tower of Babylon
Arslan mourns the ruined atmosphere of Briar Glen and accompanies Princess Aila while listening from the forest, where anger makes him clench his fists. Alaric later arranges a Lamassu to take him near the Zelan border. The selected evidence establishes his emotional investment in his homeland and movement back toward its struggle, but also records that Charmaine's platoon captures him during a Freedom Fighter meeting; it does not describe his own escape. (Chapters 435, 440, 450, and 521)
Appearance and personality
Arslan is a teenage boy. He is protective enough to stay behind for fleeing comrades and visibly grieves the loss of his capital's former life. (Chapters 404, 425, and 435)
Skills, classes, and divinities
Arslan leads resistance fighters, but the selected evidence supplies no class, rank, named combat technique, or divinity. His capture demonstrates that his leadership does not make him immune to ambush. (Chapters 425 and 521)

- Alaric: Crown Prince whom Arslan supports and later reunites with. (Chapters 425, 449, and 450)
