Marduk

Marduk is the champion of the Younger Gods who kills Tiamat and begins a new era for mankind. William later invokes his Will through the God-slaying attack Enuma Elish. (Chapters 646, 928, 930, 1450, and 1453)

Biography

The champion invoked across millennia

Marduk emerges when the Younger Gods are losing their ancient war against Tiamat. He kills the Great Goddess and ushers in mankind's era, becoming remembered as one of history's most powerful God Slayers. William later calls on Marduk's eternal light through Enuma Elish, although losing access to that Will temporarily forces him to charge Soleil by hand. In the final war, the invocation manifests Marduk again, and his arrow pierces Tiamat's summoned fragment before obliterating part of Surtr despite the dragon being used as a shield. Appearance and personality

The selected evidence does not provide Marduk's detailed appearance or sustained dialogue. His surviving manifestation is calm enough to release Enuma Elish almost in a whisper, while Yaldabaoth immediately recognizes him as a grave divine threat. (Chapter 1453)

Marduk specializes in killing gods. Enuma Elish channels eternal light and divine force through a devastating arrow capable of piercing Tiamat's fragment and severely damaging Surtr; its independent limits outside William's invocation are unknown. (Chapters 646, 928, 1450, and 1453)
