Supporting Ernest's fragile rule
Brendan is raised to succeed his father as Prime Minister and receives intelligence instructions from Ezio. When Conner returns to manage Gladiolus, Brendan works beside him in the damaged capital. His attention shifts decisively to Ernest during the activation of the city's defenses: when the young prince's heartbeat weakens, Brendan immediately calls for a cleric, then remains beside the white throne monitoring him after he raises his hand.
