Alvah is Patriarch of the Gremory Clan, the Demon Continent's largest clan. His information network does not save his authority from Felix's rise.

Biography

A great Patriarch survives the collapse

Alvah begins from a position of continental dominance, receiving reports from agents placed inside every clan subordinate to Gremory. Felix's ascent overturns that confidence: even Alvah can only stare speechlessly at him, unable to answer the new power confronting the established order. The subsequent war destroys or displaces much of Demon leadership, yet Alvah survives. That survival is the final character-centered consequence the corpus establishes; it does not explain whether he retains the Patriarchate, rebuilds Gremory, or changes allegiance afterward.
