Mother of the bride

Adele meets William as Belle's prospective husband and quickly becomes involved in the family's arrangements. She records William's romantic pledge on her phone with the intention of sharing it with friends, then handles a bank transfer when William's unfamiliarity with Earth finances makes her the practical choice. Although prepared for Belle's unusual marriage, Adele still finds the prospect of her daughter sharing William difficult by Earth standards.
