Biography

The Demon Continent and the Heir of Darkness

William affirms his love for Acedia during the confrontation surrounding Ahriman's domain. Her decisive act is a sacrifice that breaks the laws shielding that domain from outside interference, creating an opening others could not produce. Later scenes show her resting with William and taking him beneath the Spring of Life; an avatar eventually lets her act in the world again, but the brief does not fully define the cost or mechanism of her sacrifice.
