Aamon

Aamon is Astrid's twin brother, a high-ranking God of Hell, and Shannon's father. He gives William a sequence of trials that ultimately connects the isolated Shannon with someone able to help her.

Biography

Trials designed to save his daughter

Aamon operates from a secluded temple north of Kraetor and assigns William missions tied to lifting the curses on Est, Ashe, and Isaac. After William completes one task, Aamon prepares the next and eventually makes helping Shannon the final trial. Although he withholds the solution, the arrangement gives his daughter the first visitor capable of enduring her Divinity and reduces her isolation. Aamon later cares for Shannon after a psychic painting exhausts her, identifies Morax's survival and alliance with Surtr as a major complication, and ultimately stands apart when other Kings of Hell expect his support.
