The Regalia of the Beloved Leader is a four-piece jade-and-ruby jewelry set whose bonuses scale with the wearer's loyal followers. Cain buys the pieces for their resemblance to Cyrene before learning their System identity and unusually broad leadership effects.
History
An appearance-led purchase
At a traveling pavilion where item descriptions are concealed, Laura points out a white-jade and ruby necklace shaped like Cyrene. Cain purchases it with the matching earrings and bracelet for sentimental rather than mechanical reasons. After leaving the shop floor, he confirms that the four pieces form the Regalia of the Beloved Leader, checks them with a Record Keeper for concealed curses, and finds none. He equips the complete set; its immediate scaling increase makes him feel substantially stronger. (Chapters 440–441)
Guild-wide influence and the original jewels
The set later affects Darklight Host members and even unguilded followers when Cain returns to the Central Continent. Although the accessories state no range, moving between continents had placed the guild outside their effect, establishing a practical distance limitation without defining its exact boundary. In the cultivation world, Cain finds a merchant seeking the legendary Crown Jewels of the Unifier, whose appearance and effects match his Regalia. Cain concludes that the System created his set as a replica and that a distinct original may still exist; he does not trade away his own set. (Chapters 446 and 599)
Abilities and properties
- With one of four pieces equipped, the wearer gains 5 percent increased damage for every loyal follower. (Chapter 441)
- With three pieces, followers openly wearing a mark of loyalty gain 5 health and 5 mana regeneration per second. (Chapter 441)
- With all four pieces, the wearer gains one point in every statistic per loyal follower. Each loyal follower also gains one point in their highest statistic for every ten points the wearer has in that statistic. (Chapter 441)
- The System conceals the final totals produced by the scaling bonuses. Cain suspects distant puppets contribute, but the source presents that as his interpretation rather than a confirmed counting rule. (Chapter 441)
- The set has a practical range limit across continents despite listing no range. Its effects can extend to an entire guild and qualifying unguilded followers when they are close enough to Cain. (Chapter 446)
