Sun Kun

Sun Kun is a dwarfish cultivator from Dark Brilliance Planet whose huge collection of small enchanted objects earns him the title “Assorted Treasures.” He presents himself as a harmless traveling tradesman, but specializes in Runes, poison, and sacrificial attacks. During an expedition with Su Ming, Long Li, and Tian Lin, concern for relatives on his home planet prevents him from simply becoming a fugitive. He fights the pursuing True Guard and dies while trying to break a seal.

Biography

The sealed-region expedition

Tian Lin introduces Sun Kun as a famous poison and Rune expert. Sun modestly dismisses the reputation and uses a friendly shopkeeper's manner to gain trust. Once the expedition is trapped, escape would brand him a wanted criminal and expose every kinsman sharing his surname to slaughter. That pressure drives him back into cooperation against Jing Nan Zi, a middle-World-Plane opponent who outclasses the entire group. Sun empties his arsenal to extend the fight and spends life force on a piercing cry that wounds the True Guard's mind long enough for the survivors to move. (Chapters 764–778)

At the next seal, Sun forms a blood Rune and shakes countless small treasures from his body. He detonates all of them against the red shadow, but a long red spear pierces his brow and drains his flesh and blood within two breaths. His death leaves his storage bag among the recovered expedition possessions. The outcome demonstrates both the breadth of his preparations and their inability to overcome the sealed region's highest defenses. (Chapters 779–787)

Appearance and personality

Sun Kun is a dwarf resembling a shopkeeper, with an easy boisterous laugh and a harmless air. His friendliness is partly cultivated presentation, though his anxiety for distant relatives is sincere. He is practical enough to consider flight, then resolute when the consequences make battle unavoidable. (Chapters 764–787)

Abilities and cultivation

Sun Kun's exact formal realm is not stated, but he fights alongside initial-World-Plane cultivators against a middle-stage True Guard. His contribution depends heavily on equipment and specialized methods rather than comparable raw power. (Chapters 764–787)

His body carries poison and many enchanted objects. Those treasures can be deployed in rapid succession or detonated together, buying time at the cost of destroying the arsenal. A shrill cry fueled by his life force penetrates the target's mind, but withers his body and only briefly stuns Jing Nan Zi. His blood Rune likewise consumes blood, and the final seal counters both Rune and treasures with a fatal spear. (Chapters 777–787)
