Long Li
Long Li is first named as one of South Morning's three greatest Berserkers and later appears as an aloof cultivator from Heaven Wheel Planet in a treasure-seeking group. The dossier applies the same identity across both arcs, though it does not narrate the transition between Western Sea Clan and the Barren Lands of Divine Essence. His final expedition centers on a World Stone whose removal can break a seal; he succeeds, but Jing Nan Zi destroys him immediately afterward.
Biography
A great Berserker beyond tribal wars
Long Li's earliest role is reputational. He is the publicly known member of South Morning's three greatest Berserkers and resides with Western Sea Clan. His power gives him the freedom not to participate in struggles between large tribes, and others consider attempts to recruit or compel him unrealistic. No direct action or exact realm is preserved for this period. (Chapter 304)
The World Stone expedition
In Divine Essence, Tian Lin introduces Long Li as a Heaven Wheel Planet expert with many Arts. Long Li regards Su Ming coldly, while the vertical pupil in his right eye gives Su an immediate sense of danger. The group seeks resources within a sealed region, but a middle-World Plane True Guard attacks. Long Li, at the pinnacle of the initial World Plane stage, can only delay death despite his companions' support. He identifies removal of the World Stone as their best escape and estimates a seven-in-ten chance if the others buy time. (Chapters 764–784)
Long Li reaches the Stone and destabilizes the seal, fulfilling the task under severe wounds. Jing Nan Zi nevertheless catches the group and tears away Long Li's flesh, bones, and Nascent Divinity in a breath. Su Ming later claims Long Li's World Stone from the recovered possessions. His success enables escape but does not save him personally. (Chapters 784–787)
Appearance and personality
Long Li is an old man with an unusual vertical pupil in his right eye. He is aloof and initially dismissive of Su Ming, but under crisis he shares accurate information and commits to the group's only workable plan. Hatred at being stopped one step from the Stone drives him to continue despite grave injury. (Chapters 764–787)
Abilities and cultivation
Long Li reaches the pinnacle of the initial World Plane Realm, half a step from the middle stage. He knows a broad variety of divine abilities and can mount a desperate attack that briefly affects Jing Nan Zi, but the gap to a true middle-stage opponent remains decisive. (Chapters 764–787)
His vertical pupil is perceived as dangerous, yet its exact mechanics are not demonstrated in the selected evidence. He can manipulate and remove a World Stone after preparation, causing its World Plane ripples and the surrounding seal to lose balance. This requires time, knowledge of its location, and allies capable of delaying the guardian. (Chapters 779–787)
