Lie Shan Kang Jiu

Lie Shan Kang Jiu is a manager of the Lie Shan Family's auction hall on Black Ink Planet and a descendant who secretly carries Berserker blood. He becomes one of the first family members to feel Su Ming's authority instinctively, then serves him as an investigator and operational liaison during the plan to capture Dao Kong.

Biography

Divine Essence and Ecang

Yu Chen Hai introduces Su Ming as a Yu Family guest, and the brawny Kang Jiu responds with formal courtesy. Su's glance nearly forces Kang Jiu's concealed, fire-themed Berserker Mark to surface: his blood boils, his soul wants to submit, and the sensation resembles his sole meeting with the Lie Shan progenitor. Unable to resist that bloodline pressure, he grants Su the family's own auction room despite its rule against outsiders, then reports the alarming encounter to Elder Feng. (Chapters 882–883)

When Elder Feng identifies Su's status, Kang Jiu understands the source of that compulsion and becomes the first among the gathered family members to greet him as the God of Berserkers. His subsequent service is willing as well as inherited. He delivers a jade slip cataloguing prodigies of the four Great True Worlds, places Lie Shan Family manpower on Dao Kong's movements, and investigates the activities of Su's two troublesome “dogs.” (Chapters 888–896)

During the auction operation, Kang Jiu reports Dao Kong's guards, hidden Lunar Kalpa protector, relocation force, and galactic ships. He warns that killing the Dynast could draw retaliation from multiple True Worlds, yet follows Su's instructions to alter arrangements and buy thirty breaths after Dao Kong disappears. He later helps present the auction hall's controlled response to the Morning Dao party, making the family's public neutrality serve Su's private plan. (Chapters 900–904)

Appearance and personality

Kang Jiu is notably brawny, with the rough physique Su associates with Berserkers. He is courteous, observant, and institutionally cautious. Su's bloodline effect frightens him before its cause is known, but once Elder Feng confirms the connection, unease turns into sincere reverence. His awkward report about the bald crane's fraud also shows a practical subordinate willing to convey embarrassing facts.

Abilities and cultivation

Kang Jiu possesses Berserker blood and a concealed Mark whose theme is fire. The dossier does not give his realm or demonstrate a personal combat art, so neither should be inferred from his managerial authority. His most important capabilities are informational: he can mobilize Lie Shan Family observers, obtain detailed intelligence on True World prodigies, and coordinate auction security and timing.

His bloodline also imposes a striking limit. In Su Ming's presence his veins and Mark react involuntarily, and blood, heart, and soul incline toward obedience independent of comparative cultivation. This is not a technique Kang Jiu controls; it is a response to Su's position as God of Berserkers. (Chapters 882–883)

Relationships

  • Su Ming: First an enigmatic guest, then recognized as the God of Berserkers whom Kang Jiu serves with sincere respect.
  • Elder Feng: Senior Lie Shan Family authority to whom Kang Jiu reports and from whom he learns the meaning of Su's presence.
  • Yu Chen Hai: Introduces Su and depends on Kang Jiu's auction access.
  • Dao Kong: The target Kang Jiu monitors and helps isolate at Su's command.

Items

Kang Jiu delivers Su Ming an intelligence jade slip and later an illustrated book used in the bald crane's fraudulent sales. These are operational documents rather than combat treasures. He is also involved in the auction's handling of the Sacred Constellation Robe, but does not own it.
