The Final Ark is the Bureau's world-line vessel and the central weapon-platform of the final scenario.

The final scenario's vessel
Kim Dokja enters the ark during its launch procedure and learns that its core is condensed from countless giant stories. Destroying that source is the route to breaking the ninety-ninth scenario rather than accepting the Bureau's promised conclusion. (Chapters 496–504)
A replica between world-lines
After the original ark is destroyed, Anna Croft spends twenty years collecting salvaged parts and repairing a much smaller replica in case the companions do not return. The result is an incomplete, one-seat vessel rather than a restored duplicate of the Bureau's original. Yoo Joonghyuk later pilots it across world-line boundaries so Han Sooyoung's manuscript can reach reincarnated fragments of Kim Dokja. (Chapters 544–549)
