Moyong Yuu is Moyong Kang's son and heir, a frightened but reliable messenger who connects the collapsing Yulin force to the Demonic Cult during the Dragon Turtle crisis.
Biography
Spirit Beasts and the Dragon Turtle
At his father's order, Yuu leaves the surviving Yulin warriors and races northwest to warn the Demonic Cult about the Dragon Turtle. When the spirit beast begins charging lightning before he reaches safety, Yuu shouts for everyone to scatter rather than completing the message at a safer distance. He then watches six hundred elite cult warriors raise their weapons in unison and realizes that the force he came to summon is organized on a scale the shattered Yulin contingent can no longer match. His warning succeeds, and he starts back toward his own people once the cult appears able to contain one dragon head. (Chapters 415–416)
During the battle, Yuu remains near Jegal Sohi and the wounded Justice fighters. He can feel major energy changes and helps guard the injured while Yeowun confronts the spirit beast. He is nervous enough that elders question his tone, but he continues the task and gives directions through the territory he knows. When the party reaches the dangerous inner region, he openly admits the limit of his geographical knowledge instead of inventing certainty to satisfy the Lord he fears. That honesty preserves his usefulness after his local expertise runs out. (Chapters 441, 449)
Appearance and personality
