Vicky

Vicky is Pai's twin sister and a senior member of the Blade family. Raised under Hilston's brutal training system, she becomes a powerful multi-ability fighter, later marries Logan, and helps the Green family oppose threats to Earth and its allies. (Chapters 621–644, 1633, 2232–2233, and 2543)

Biography

Blade Castle training and Logan's arrival

Vicky first greets her younger brother Vorden with a sustained kicking attack, a family custom that also tests how much his body and his other personalities have improved. Her natural speed and strength already match Vorden's enhanced condition, and she and Pai continue a daily sparring routine learned under the Castle's harsh upbringing. That environment has taught her to treat pain as instruction and to prize the ability to keep functioning beyond normal physical limits. (Chapters 621–622 and 640)

That outlook governs her first encounter with Logan. She overwhelms his speed suit through technique and steadily increasing force, then copies a Chained healer's ability and draws on the other captives' MC levels to repair the injuries she caused. Vicky repeats the cycle because she believes survival pressure will force Logan's body to adapt; although the method is severe, she explicitly considers him a prospective ally rather than an enemy. Logan accepts the opportunity, making this punishing session the beginning of the relationship that later becomes their marriage. (Chapter 644; Chapter 2232)

When Quinn's group reaches the island, Vicky fights with earth, water, and teleportation-type powers, switching among them rapidly enough to resemble several high-level opponents. She initially treats the intruders as threats to the family, but her actions remain constrained by Hilston's control and the assumptions with which she was raised. Her ability to coordinate with Pai makes the twins especially dangerous: by holding hands they can share their stored abilities and combine their ability levels, a trait described as unique among the Blades. Leaving Hilston's rule

Hilston's battles expose how little Vicky and Pai actually understand about the family's hidden history. Vicky visibly fears his apparent victory over Slicer, then admits to Sil that she and Pai entered the Castle and simply followed their grandfather's orders; she cannot supply the answers he wants about earlier events. The admission reframes her earlier authority as that of a conditioned enforcer rather than an informed architect of Hilston's system. (Chapters 1234–1246)

After Hilston falls, the twins remain with the Cursed group under watch because their former enemies do not yet trust them. Vicky, Pai, and their parents eventually leave Blade Island to pursue dangerous Chained ability users who might destabilise the wider world. The corpus establishes the mission but does not detail its outcome or the precise path by which Vicky later reunites with Logan. (Chapters 1234–1268)

The Green family in the later era

More than a millennium later, Vicky is Logan's wife and Jake's mother. She and Jake attend a political meeting in Logan's place, where Vicky forcefully rejects the Dhampirs' indiscriminate hostility toward vampires and argues that the Green family's cooperation with Pure is meant to suppress the Red Vampires specifically. Her willingness to challenge both sides makes her an active Green representative, not merely Logan's companion. (Chapters 1619 and 1633)

Vicky also intervenes directly in conflicts involving her extended family. She uses a hardening mud-like power to separate Jake and Peter, rebukes her son for attacking before understanding the situation, and later blocks a Dhampir's fire with water so another Blade can help his friends. These choices show the same blunt temperament seen at the Castle, redirected toward restraint, family protection, and cooperation. (Chapters 1623 and 1679)

Rescuing Sil and defending allied worlds

During the effort to free Sil from Jack's forces, Vicky and Jake first pose as though they are fighting the infiltrators, using conspicuous attacks to preserve their cover while obstructing the defenders. Once H arrives, they abandon the performance and escape with the rescue group. Vicky then joins the wider alliance against Jack's army even though she openly questions whether the assembled fighters are strong enough. (Chapters 2202, 2215–2219, and 2222)

Against a regenerating Dalki, Vicky repeatedly teleports to evade attacks and then moves to Logan's side when his final weapon begins damaging his own body. Her healing lets him sustain the blast long enough to destroy the Dalki, but both her teleportation and healing consume MC cells; once depleted, she cannot restart the power even while Logan's heartbeat weakens. With no safe alternative, she entrusts him to defectors from Green City who offer medical help, while warning that she will kill them if they betray him. (Chapters 2232–2233)

After recovering a small amount of power, Vicky teleports Jake out of H's attention because her foresight showed his life disappearing. She survives the conflict alongside Logan. Near the end of the corpus, Logan says that he and Vicky have lived a long and satisfying life and may eventually choose to leave it, but he speaks of that as a future decision; Vicky is still alive at the latest stated point. Appearance and personality

Vicky is introduced as a long-haired blonde woman. During her regular training with Pai she wears a sports bra and jogging bottoms, clothing suited to the intense daily sparring that leaves both twins covered in sweat. The corpus does not give a precise height, eye colour, or later-age physical description. (Chapters 621 and 640)

She is crude, direct, and quick to use force, especially during her Castle years. Her severe training of Logan and instinctive attacks on perceived enemies reflect Hilston's culture, but she is also emotionally transparent and fiercely protective. In the later era she argues openly for Quinn's legacy, disciplines Jake when he acts rashly, and exhausts herself trying to keep Logan alive. (Chapters 621, 644, 1633, 1623, and 2232–2233)

Powers and abilities

Blade ability and copied powers

Vicky uses the Blade family's power to acquire other human abilities through touch. When training Logan, she touches three Chained users and applies their MC levels to a copied healing ability, raising its output beyond level eight. In battle she is observed cycling among earth, water, and teleportation, with three abilities available at the same time. The corpus does not establish whether three is her absolute individual limit or how long a copied ability remains available. (Chapters 644 and 665)

Later uses include mud that flows around targets and then hardens, a ring of water strong enough to intercept fire, short-range combat teleportation, healing, and a foresight power that shows Jake's death when H notices him. These powers come from her Blade repertoire, but the local text does not identify the original donors or state that she carries every demonstrated ability simultaneously. (Chapters 1623, 1679, 2232–2233, and 2263)

Her powers depend on MC cells. Repeated teleportation leaves her estimating only a few more evasions, and combining that expenditure with sustained healing empties her reserves completely. At that point neither desperation nor physical vitality can activate the healing power; only rest restores enough energy for a later teleport. (Chapters 2232–2233 and 2263)

Twin synchronization

Vicky and Pai possess an unusual shared technique. Physical contact lets them share the abilities each has stored and combine their power and ability levels, which is why they prepare to face Sil together. The text identifies the technique as unique to the twins but does not quantify its MC cost, duration, or maximum combined load. (Chapter 665)

Physical conditioning and combat

Blade Castle training gives Vicky exceptional baseline strength, speed, endurance, and kicking skill before she activates a copied power. She favours continuous kicks and can adjust their path, speed, and force while reading an opponent's responses. The method improves bodies by repeatedly pushing them beyond their limits, but its cost is severe injury and it relies on healing support when used as aggressively as it is on Logan. (Chapters 621, 640, and 644)

Relationships

• Logan: Vicky first trains Logan through a brutal break-and-heal regimen. They later marry, fight beside one another, and remain together more than a millennium later.
• Pai: Pai is Vicky's twin brother and regular sparring partner. Their contact-based synchronization lets them share and strengthen copied abilities.
• Vorden and Sil: Vicky is their older sister. She begins as an intimidating Castle enforcer, later admits her ignorance of Hilston's history, and ultimately helps the effort to free Sil.
• Jake: Vicky is Jake's mother and political partner. She rebukes his impulsiveness and uses both teleportation and foresight to save him from H.
