Fate Follows Changes

The young Xu Ke names the Green Phoenix Xiao Qing and relies on her for travel while seeking Lu Ya and completing assignments. Thousands of years later, Li Fan recognizes the same aura behind the Empire's Holy Master. Xiao Qing cautiously receives Xu Bai, is shaken by his resemblance and Federation claims, and negotiates over the Empire's concealment, survival, and possible escape from the Immortal Ruins. She neither accepts every promise nor rejects needed protection, showing development from loyal mount-like companion into an independent political representative. Appearance and personality

Xiao Qing's original form is a green or azure luan bird large enough to carry Xu Ke and companions. The later leader can appear as a speaking figure, but the supplied arc does not fix every detail of a humanoid form. She is loyal, diligent, cautious, perceptive, and protective of the Empire, with strong emotional reactions to reminders of Xu Ke and ancient events. (Chapters 346–347, 480, 747–757)

Abilities and cultivation

Azure Luan flight and long survival

Xiao Qing flies rapidly while carrying passengers and can follow directional sensing across dangerous territory. Her survival from the ancient era into the Empire's later history is explicit, but the mechanism and complete formal realm are not supplied in this minor arc. Relationships

Xu Ke is Xiao Qing's original companion and the source of her deepest loyalties. Xu Bai resembles both Xu Ke and Mr. Bai closely enough to unsettle her, yet she treats him as a separate Federation envoy and tests his claims.
