Diyi Jinglun

Diyi Jinglun is an artificially reconstructed Alliance prodigy whose knowledge and absolute institutional loyalty make him both an administrator and an exceptional combatant.

Biography

Chapter 496

Diyi Jinglun first appears as a white-haired youth directing difficult formation work and later oversees the reconstruction of Congyun Immortal City, assigning Li Fan both public construction and the hidden Xuantian Nether-Lock Formation. He rewards effective service without warmth and expects flawless execution. Later testimony explains that he survived the Dharma-Transmitters' brutal Primordial Great Realm, received a reconstructed body, and retained his memories because absolute loyalty had been branded into his soul. Shang Shaojun seeks his help exposing conspiracies, but Diyi departs on a sudden secret order before their meeting. (Chapters 496–541; Chapters 933 and 1173–1174)

Appearance and personality

Diyi appears as a white-haired youth with hollow eyes and a cold, concentrated gaze. He is indifferent to flattery, exacting toward subordinates, and proud of service to the Alliance. His loyalty is not merely political preference: the reconstruction process deepens it as an imposed soul brand, complicating any simple judgment of willing devotion. (Chapters 496–541; Chapter 1174)

Abilities and cultivation

Comprehensive law and martial mastery

Diyi is reputed to have formed a Golden Core within three years, to have fought above his realm, and later to possess mastery across many laws and martial methods. By the late account he is formally at Soul Transformation while his strength rivals Dao Integration figures. These are exceptional capabilities, but no single signature technique or unrestricted victory record is supplied. (Chapter 496; Chapters 1173–1174)

Formation administration

He understands enough formation work to assign, inspect, and conceal the Xuantian Nether-Lock component within Congyun City's foundation. Much of the construction is performed by Li Fan and recruited labor, so Diyi's responsibility is design authority and oversight rather than sole craftsmanship. (Chapters 496–541)

Relationships

  • Li Fan serves Diyi during Congyun City's reconstruction while secretly pursuing his own formation plan.
  • Shang Shaojun knows Diyi from past adventures and trusts his institutional loyalty to motivate an investigation.
  • The Dharma-Transmitters reconstruct Diyi's body and preserve his memories, binding gratitude and coercion together.

Items

  • The Dust Crossing Boat and Congyun reconstruction documents are Alliance resources used under Diyi's authority, not confirmed private treasures.
  • The supreme reconstruction treasure that created his body remains unnamed and institutionally controlled.
