Wedding Ring is notable because it serves the following role: the recurring token through the false hospital reality and Chen Ge's final proposal to Zhang Ya. Its importance comes from demonstrated use and custody rather than an assumed artifact rank.

History

The wedding ring appears throughout the false Xin Hai reality as a stubborn token of Chen Ge’s bond with Zhang Ya. It is found among his patient belongings, temporarily passes through Xiao Sun’s hands, and survives the hospital’s attempt to redefine Zhang Ya as a delusion. (Chapters 1137–1160, 1182)

Abilities and properties

• Acts as an emotional and memory anchor connecting Chen to Zhang Ya through the false hospital narrative. (Chapters 1137–1185)
• Carries no stated offensive power, spectral rank, or independent compulsion.

Ownership and custody
