Li Wan Passenger Doctor is an unnamed burn-unit physician who repeatedly rides Route 104 while searching for a way to see his deceased wife again.
Biography
Li Wan City and disappearance
The doctor boards Route 104 already aware that the hearse's pattern has changed and quietly warns Chen Ge about its dangerous passengers. In Li Wan City, he stays close to Chen, advises the group about medical risks, and is poisoned and cursed after drinking one of the hotel's blood vessels. The curse turns his skin gray and causes severe muscular atrophy, making him appear a decade older overnight. After escaping and unsuccessfully searching for his wife, he gives the others a false address and disappears before Zhang Jingjiu can contact him again. (Chapters 618–681)
Appearance and personality
He habitually wraps his face in the scarf knitted by his late wife, leaving only his eyes visible. Rational, cautious, and unusually knowledgeable about doors, he can appear evasive, but he repeatedly warns the group, treats injured companions, and supports cooperation when panic threatens to divide them. Skills and supernatural abilities
As a physician, he understands medicine, pharmacy, resuscitation, and the physical effects of poison. He also knows more about the blood fog and doors than he initially admits.
