Biography

Profit, the altar, and the Ghost Fetus

Before Jiang Jiu appears in person, employees identify him as the executive who insisted that the futuristic park build a haunted house and moved dangerous old objects into it. Records around his adopted son and the hearing-impaired child Jiang Ming show that he pays the child's birth family while arranging a false namesake in the household. The pattern suggests a calculated attempt to exploit or deceive the Ghost Fetus rather than ordinary parental care. (Chapters 974–1000)

Police finally place Jiang Jiu and Chen Ge in the same room after the Jin Hwa Apartments investigation. Jiang Jiu initially denies knowing the Ghost Fetus, then bargains when Chen presses him about the entity and his missing parents. Because Chen expects the businessman to weaponize anything he learns, Zhang Yi seals or alters Jiang Jiu's relevant memories. Jiang Jiu collapses, is sent to the hospital, and loses control of the theme park to Ma Feng. (Chapters 1112–1113, 1137)

Appearance and personality

Jiang Jiu is around Director Luo's age but looks notably younger and dresses with formal restraint. He is proud, calculating, and reluctant to speak to anyone he considers beneath his level. His willingness to cooperate with a ghost for advantage makes his fear and greed difficult to separate. (Chapters 1112–1113)

Skills and supernatural abilities

Jiang Jiu is an experienced businessman with influence in real estate and theme-park management. He possesses no demonstrated personal supernatural ability; the strange effects around him come from the Ghost Fetus's spirit, curses, and the dangerous objects he helps position.
