Honduras

Honduras is a wealthy man imprisoned at Killua Castle after being framed as a traitor. Concern for his daughter prevents him from abandoning the city, and his possession of a Millennial Heroic Soul makes his release necessary to Zhang Yang's larger quest. (Chapters 367 and 372–379)

Biography

Thunderstorm Castle and the Chaos Realm

Zhang Yang seeks Honduras for the Millennial Heroic Soul and finds him imprisoned. Honduras explains that Leonardo has threatened his daughter Adele with his life and wants to marry her, thereby gaining the family fortune; this danger keeps Honduras tied to Killua Castle even though he could otherwise flee. Zhang Yang restores Winchester and exposes the scheme, after which Winchester orders Honduras released and recognizes the risk he took for the city. Honduras grudgingly acknowledges Zhang Yang's help and leads him to the heroic soul for which he paid more than twenty million gold. (Chapters 367 and 372–379)

Appearance and personality

The corpus gives no stable description of Honduras's face, build, or clothing. His speech shows a protective father, a proud wealthy man, and a grudging negotiator: he is more worried about Adele than himself, insists on the value of his property, and only reluctantly credits Zhang Yang. (Chapters 373 and 378–379)
