Holy Water of Baptism

History

The Hidden Merchant first shows Sungjin the water under the name Jasepit, but its White Coin price initially puts it beyond his reach. He later buys a supply and uses it to designate trusted allies, beginning with Franz Hosenfeld, Nada, and Serin Han, then extending the title to further members of his coalition. Abilities and properties

The water's Baptism ability gives its target the title “The Chosen One.” When the title is active, the recipient receives twenty percent of the chooser's statistics and can summon the chooser once per day if the chooser permits it; when Franz tests the title while it is inactive, the displayed statistical increase falls to ten percent. The title therefore functions both as a substantial enhancement and as an emergency route for calling Sungjin across raid dimensions. Ownership and custody

Sungjin buys and administers the consumable doses, while the recipients retain the resulting title rather than the bottle itself. Once the Hidden Merchant disappears, replenishment is no longer available; Sungjin consequently treats the remaining water as a limited strategic resource, with two doses left after baptizing Watanabe Hiroaki.
