Grand Kin Figurine

History

Sungjin receives the wolf carving after defeating Aindell and uses its Spiritual Link to meet the white wolf it manifests. He names the wolf Cain, who accepts the name and becomes his oldest summoned companion. After many raids together, Sungjin gives Cain Merka's Pulp of Evolution; both Cain and the carving grow, and the item becomes the Legendary Grand Kin — Master of the Forest. Abilities and properties

Throwing or otherwise activating the figurine allows Cain to enter a raid for a limited duration, originally ten minutes before title bonuses. If he is killed, dismissed, or reaches the limit, his manifested body returns to carving form rather than suffering an ordinary permanent death. The evolved item manifests his larger and more intelligent form, with the description associating Grand Kin with communication among forest creatures and command of spirits. Ownership and custody

Sungjin carries the figurine and controls its deployment, but Cain is not an owned object: he understands speech, makes choices, signals his needs, protects allies, and lives at Ninety Nine Nights between raids through the Spiritual Link. Sungjin increasingly calls him a friend and comrade, so the figurine functions as their connection and manifestation anchor rather than erasing Cain's identity or agency.
