Scarlet Cloud God Spear
The Scarlet Cloud God Spear is the completed peak weapon of Scarlet Cloud Paragon Master, later discovered and assembled by Xue Ying. It magnifies Dao of Void attacks, supports the Scarlet Cloud Domain, and remains precious enough that losing it is treated as a devastating setback. (Chapters 1035, 1050–1059, and 1144)
History
Discovery and reconstruction
Xue Ying researches the newly acquired completed spear after obtaining its missing spearhead; later recollection says Old Mother Ying Shan purchased that spearhead for him. The Fan Clan expresses interest in buying the restored weapon, but Xue Ying keeps it and develops one of his principal Primal Chaos-level cultivation directions around it. (Chapters 1035, 1051, 1064, and 1256)
A void weapon in active combat
The spear increases the scale of Xue Ying's attacks: an ordinary-looking thrust concentrates the power of the void and cracks space more strongly than before, while the Scarlet Cloud Domain distorts surrounding space for attack, control, and escape. He can disguise the weapon as a short pole, use it at range against poisonous insects, and apply the Five Phases Sealing Technique through it. (Chapters 1042, 1050–1056, and 1088)
Full activation and loss
As Xue Ying's realm and Southern Cloud Sacred Body improve, he activates all the spear's inscriptions and finally brings out its limit, producing a faint black maelstrom at the spearhead and an air compared to Scarlet Cloud Paragon Master's former use. Its domain can still be constrained by enormous arrays and location-specific law suppression, reducing each teleport to about fifty million kilometers. Chapter 1144 lists the spear among the treasures lost when Xue Ying dies in that expedition, and no later recovery appears in the brief. (Chapters 1118–1144)
Abilities and properties
- Void-power concentration: The spear gathers the power of the surrounding void into thrusts, increasing spatial destruction and the cracks produced by Xue Ying's attacks. (Chapter 1050)
- Scarlet Cloud Domain: It can stir, distort, and traverse the void, supporting remote attacks and repeated teleportation. Suppression and large enemy arrays reduce its effective escape distance. (Chapters 1042 and 1118–1120)
- Form change: Xue Ying can transform it into an ordinary-looking short pole, allowing concealed use while preserving its striking power. (Chapter 1056)
- Technique compatibility: The spear carries Five Phases Sealing power and works alongside the Southern Cloud Sacred Body, but its maximum output depends on the wielder activating its inscriptions with sufficient realm comprehension. (Chapters 1088 and 1126)
- Custody risk: It is valuable enough that death of the carrying avatar would let enemies take it; its effects do not prevent every encirclement or guarantee the wielder's survival. (Chapters 1057, 1119, and 1144)
