Biography
Seeking a cure for Xun Yi
Monarch Xing Huo regrets giving his son the Boundary Stone whose illusory experience leaves a grief rooted deeply in Xun Yi's soul. Memory sealing, specialists in the illusory realm, constructed dream worlds, and appeals to Cosmos Gods all fail to restore him. This failure pushes the normally domineering monarch to approach Dong Bo Xue Ying with unusual courtesy because Xue Ying's Dao of Mirage attainment offers a distinct possibility. (Chapters 914 and 917)
He explains Xue Ying's qualifications to Xun Yi, supports the young man's participation in the Star Convention, and later apologizes for his son's impetuous behavior. When Xue Ying accepts Xun Yi as a disciple, Monarch Xing Huo sends him off with the hope that father and son will someday both stand at the Primal Chaos realm. His last appearance retains his intimidating aura, but his actions remain focused on his son's recovery and opportunity. (Chapters 918, 925, 933, and 938)
Appearance and personality
Monarch Xing Huo has a muscular build and emits a cruel, overbearing pressure even when releasing only a trace of aura. He is ordinarily so harsh that courtesy is remarkable, yet parental guilt makes him persistent, self-critical, and willing to lower his posture before someone who can help Xun Yi. (Chapters 914, 917–918, and 938)
Abilities and cultivation
He stands at the peak of the Primal Chaos realm and can kill an ordinary Primal Chaos expert in a single move, giving him strength said to compare with Cosmos Gods. His released aura alone pressures surrounding cultivators. The corpus does not display the mechanics of a personal attack or identify his Dao, so the comparison should not be expanded into a specific Cosmos God realm. (Chapters 917 and 938)
His wide network lets him recruit Primal Chaos illusory-realm specialists and seek aid from several Cosmos Gods, but none can reproduce the Boundary Stone's exact world or cure grief embedded in Xun Yi's soul. Thus even his influence and combat rank have a clear noncombat limit. (Chapter 914)
