Monarch Green
Monarch Green is Bloodshed God Emperor's most outstanding disciple and one of the Cultivator Cosmos's leading experts. He leaves the palace to establish an independent superpower, then advances from near-Ruler status to become a Ruler himself.
Biography
From the Fierce Five to Ruler
Monarch Green is introduced as an independent leader with numerous powerful subordinates and influence comparable to, or greater than, some Rulers. His reputation also intersects with Pang Yi's development: an early single-punch defeat at Green's hands becomes the turning point after which the formerly ruthless Pang Yi grows easygoing. (Chapters 599 and 603)
By Chapter 676, seating at the Myriad Flower Feast confirms that Monarch Green's former peer Pang Yi has become a Ruler; later enemy discussions treat both Pang Yi and Green as having left the protector-level contest because both are now Rulers. Green subsequently joins the leading experts operating around Lake Heart Island and remains socially at ease with Xue Ying, smiling across a Primal Pillar to ask him for wine. He is last shown among those congratulating Primal Master and pressing Xue Ying to continue an important explanation. (Chapters 676, 711, 771, and 875)
Appearance and personality
The scoped evidence does not describe Monarch Green's physical features. His conduct is relaxed and sociable in later appearances, including casually requesting wine across the void. That demeanor coexists with the immense authority of a cultivator who left his teacher's palace, created his own power, and once defeated the savage Pang Yi with one punch. (Chapters 599, 603, and 771)
Abilities and cultivation
Before becoming a Ruler, Monarch Green opens three Daos and cultivates all three to their limits, combining them without an obvious flaw. His control of laws and profound mysteries lets him divide a portion of energy into many independently useful parts and makes each move difficult to predict. This efficiency is why hostile-cosmos protectors regard him and Pang Yi as opponents they cannot defeat. (Chapters 603 and 711)
Later passages identify him as a Ruler, but do not preserve a named personal technique or a detailed post-breakthrough battle. His demonstrated spatial control includes receiving a wine flask sent across a great distance through torn void, although Xue Ying performs the transmission itself. (Chapters 711 and 771)
