Loyalty rewarded

Greedy Peng stayed beside Southern Cloud King when abandoning him would have been easier, and the king—who valued camaraderie—later invested heavily in his cultivation. As eldest disciple he welcomed Dong Bo Xue Ying's first sixty thousand contribution points without resentment, comparing them openly with everything he himself had earned since becoming a Cosmos God. He and Monarch Chun Yu later visited Flying Snow Residence, but Greedy Peng stopped the household from disturbing Xue Ying when they found him absent or secluded. Long afterward, he watched Xue Ying's battle through the Heaven Observation Mirror and expressed uncomplicated pride that his junior disciple had become the Realm Heart Great Land's strongest expert.
