Noelia led a Fertility Order combat team in Port Santa and registered Louis Berry as a dangerous wild Beyonder. She prohibited him from traveling inland, advancing, performing rituals, or creating disorder without authorization, then tested his alertness with a sudden sword strike and accepted his presence because maritime merchants still needed capable adventurers. She exchanged intelligence about ancient sea prayers and the Maiden ritual while warning that its central danger could reach Saint or Grade 1 levels.
