Biography

Cordu, Trier, and the Approaching Apocalypse

Elodie worked relentlessly cleaning the Auberge du Coq Doré and fighting its bedbugs while sharing a cramped home with her children. She recognized Jenna's disguised return and quietly insisted that her daughter come home, revealing affectionate concern beneath her exhausting routine. (Chapters 1608, 1626, and 1662–1663)

The factory disaster left Elodie near death until Lumian Lee used his last healing agent to save her. Once conscious, she understood that recovery would demand long, expensive treatment and watched the workers' suffering around her; unwilling to become a crushing burden on Jenna and Julien, she chose to jump from the hospital and died. Her death became a central wound for both children: Jenna returned to the bedroom they had shared, while Julien blamed himself and became psychologically vulnerable.
