Recruitment in the lava cavern

Wu Chen's group approaches Allfire despite his grudge against the sovereign. Brute force and dragon-blood coercion are poor options, so Zhang Xuan diagnoses the flaws in Allfire's cultivation and imparts a method that complements his nature; the prospect of reaching Ancient Sage 4-dan wins his allegiance. Allfire then fights with the coalition, rejects opportunistic defections, and is finally assigned to assist Liu Yang after peace is established. (Chapters 1,796–1,799, 1,819, 1,853)

Appearance and personality

Allfire is an enormous, fiery beast with a forceful temperament. He remembers old injuries, speaks bluntly, and respects practical strength and cultivation benefits more readily than political promises. Once committed, however, he supports the coalition heartily. (Chapters 1,796–1,799, 1,853)

Abilities and cultivation

Allfire is an Ancient Sage whose lava environment reinforces his fire-aligned power. Zhang Xuan's corrected cultivation method removes flaws and gives him a plausible route toward Ancient Sage 4-dan even away from the cavern. He has no dragon bloodline, so Dragon Tribe bloodline suppression does not apply to him. (Chapters 1,797–1,799)
