Qin Zhong

Qin Zhong is a 4-star Beast Hall beast tamer who offers Luo Qiqi and her companion transport, then tries to use control of the route to pressure them into accepting his attention. (Chapters 681–682)

Biography

The disastrous flight

Qin Zhong blocks other Beast Hall members from offering the women a ride after they reject his meal invitation. Distracted by a human-looking Otherworldly Demon puppet and confident in his professional rank, he approaches without recognizing its bodily strength. The encounter sends him plummeting and leaves him wrapped in bandages; he survives and returns to the Beast Hall, but his failed flight becomes the identifying joke attached to him. (Chapters 681–688)

Appearance and personality

Qin Zhong is proud of his 4-star rank, eager to impress beautiful travelers, and petty when rebuffed. He remains sociable even while injured, probing a stranger's occupations, but repeatedly misjudges dangers outside ordinary beast-taming knowledge. (Chapters 681–683, 688)

Abilities and cultivation

Qin Zhong is a certified 4-star beast tamer who travels by aerial spirit beast. He lacks knowledge of the Otherworldly Demonic Tribe and cannot accurately judge a puppet whose strength comes from its physical body rather than an obvious cultivation aura. (Chapters 682–683)
