Paragon Bridge

The Paragon Bridge begins as Meng Hao's self-created divine ability, based on enlightenment gained from an ancient shattered bridge. Through later mergers it becomes a corporeal treasure with a Bridge Soul before Meng Hao sacrifices it to protect the fleeing Mountain and Sea Butterfly.

History

A bridge born from enlightenment

Meng Hao comprehends forty-eight stone steles in the Ruins of Immortality and names the resulting divine ability the Paragon Bridge. After reaching the Immortal Realm, he uses its projection as his strongest Paragon magic and even forms a Paragon Immortal meridian from it. (Chapters 856, 941, 970–978)

From projection to corporeal treasure

The bridge absorbs fragments of the Bridge of Immortal Treading and changes from an illusory technique into a corporeal form. Meng Hao then returns to the original shattered bridge that inspired him; when that ruin tries to destroy itself rather than submit, his own bridge consumes its remains and is reborn as the complete, corporeal Paragon Bridge. Sacrifice for the Mountains and Seas

Meng Hao wields the completed bridge in battles against Dao Realm cultivators, Outsiders, and Paragons. During the Mountain and Sea Realm's attempted escape, he wipes the bridge from his Dao and detonates it to delay the pursuing enemies. The supplied corpus does not show it being restored afterward. Abilities and properties

• It descends with immense pressure capable of crushing opponents, defenses, and even planetary structures. (Chapters 970–972 and 1219)
• Its original form is produced from Meng Hao's meridians and the image of thirty-three Heavens. (Chapters 996–997)
• Absorbing bridge remnants gives it a Bridge Soul and eventually a fully corporeal body. (Chapters 1181 and 1204)
• Meng Hao can detonate the bridge at the cost of erasing it from his own Dao. (Chapter 1405)
