Windswept Imperial Lord — I Shall Seal the Heavens

Windswept Imperial Lord is the ancient ruler who first became Lord of the Windswept Realm and later an Imperial Lord of the Paragon Immortal Realm. He apparently rebels to carry his world beyond the Mountain and Sea Realm, but Meng Hao concludes that the rebellion and his battle with Sea Dream were a coordinated deception aimed at placing a hidden ally beyond the 33 Heavens.

Biography

The Windswept “rebellion”

The Imperial Lord’s action becomes visible when the Windswept Realm severs its connection to the Nine Seas God Worlds, changes orbit, and begins rising toward the net of the 33 Heavens. Sea Dream publicly denounces him and leaves the Mountain and Sea Realm to intercept the moving world. Their battle is powerful enough to damage the surrounding void and threaten any ordinary Dao Realm expert who approaches. (Chapters 1115 and 1135–1140)

Windswept explains that he ruled his Realm before becoming an Imperial Lord of the old Immortal World and now wishes to lead his people into freedom. The 33 Heavens do not immediately welcome him. Their experts remember that he once caused immense destruction among them and watch the battle for signs that the defection is false. He and Sea Dream therefore fight without obvious restraint while the Windswept Emperor sacrifices nations, qi flow, and the World Essence to turn the Realm into a possible thirty-fourth Heaven. When the realm reaches the black-hole passage, he disengages, flies beneath the land mass, and physically pushes it upward. During the final Mountain and Sea War, Meng Hao still counts the absent Windswept Imperial Lord and the Windswept Realm among the remaining sources of hope. Whether every subject understands the deception is unclear, giving his plan a severe moral cost.

Paragon-level combat

Windswept can pin down the injured Paragon Sea Dream for an extended battle and produce collisions that damage the void. He admits he cannot necessarily defeat her, while claiming he can delay her. The prolonged fight confirms Paragon-level strength but does not provide an exact Essence count.

Realm lordship

As first Lord of the Windswept Realm, he is connected to its authority, qi flow, and movement. The Realm’s orbit can be changed and its rejection power directed against foreign cultivators as it leaves.
