Paragon Mythdragon is an Outsider Paragon who helps drive the descending Heavens against the Mountain and Sea Realm before Meng Hao hunts him down.

Biography

Driving the Heavens downward

Mythdragon enters the campaign beside Paragon Xuan Fang and helps move the Third Heaven as a weapon against the Mountain and Sea Realm. He follows Xuan Fang’s increasingly costly strategy through the Fifth and Sixth Heavens, admitting that he has no better plan after the invaders lose the initiative. His role combines Paragon-level force with command responsibility for carrying the battering-ram strategy forward. (Chapters 1365–1366)

In direct battle, Mythdragon repeatedly activates the Dragondemon Tyrant Physique. The technique lets a battle soul possess his body and makes him impervious to divine abilities and magical techniques while it remains active. The protection postpones rather than erases damage: when the state ends, accumulated wounds erupt across him. Repeated use leaves him badly injured and forces him to withdraw to the Sixteenth Heaven to recover. (Chapters 1367–1368)

The hunt at the Sixteenth Heaven

Meng Hao deliberately chooses the wounded Mythdragon over Xuan Fang. While Mythdragon meditates under Dao Realm guards, Meng Hao breaks through the Outsider army with the azure bow. Mythdragon sends out a Paragon clone that becomes a huge black dragon and sacrifices itself in a partial self-detonation, destroying one arrow and shattering the Sixteenth Heaven’s landmass. The interruption costs Mythdragon more than half his blood and essence and exposes his weakened true body. (Chapters 1370–1371)

Mythdragon transforms into a thirty-thousand-meter black dragon and flees, calling to Xuan Fang for rescue. Meng Hao’s arrows reduce him further, and the Blood Demon Grand Magic pulls his cultivation from Paragon to Imperial Lord level. Time-walking prevents self-detonation; the vortex then consumes his qi, blood, cultivation base, and soul. The black dragon closes its eyes and disappears into the sea of blood, becoming the second Paragon lost in the war. (Chapter 1372)

Appearance and personality

Mythdragon can assume the form of an enormous black dragon. After his recovery is interrupted, his true body appears elderly, weak, and covered in serious wounds. He is aggressive and willing to execute Xuan Fang’s brutal strategy, but candid enough to admit when he has no alternative. When isolated, his confidence gives way to terror and desperate appeals for rescue.

Abilities and cultivation

Paragon cultivation

At full strength, Mythdragon is a Paragon capable of moving enormous heavenly landmasses and fighting the Mountain and Sea Realm’s strongest defenders. Severe accumulated wounds, blood-and-essence loss, and Meng Hao’s attacks progressively reduce that power. By his final struggle, the Blood Demon Grand Magic has pulled him down to Imperial Lord strength.

Dragondemon Tyrant Physique

This physique calls a battle soul into Mythdragon’s body. While possession lasts, divine abilities and magical techniques cannot harm him normally, making it an exceptional temporary defense. The limitation is delayed consequence: wounds suppressed during the state flare when it ends. Repeated activation compounds the damage and is a major reason he must retreat.

Paragon clone and dragon transformation

Mythdragon can divide off a clone with Paragon aura. The clone turns into a huge black dragon, blocks a life-force arrow, and partially self-detonates to destroy the attack. Creating it consumes more than half of Mythdragon’s blood and essence. His true body can also become a thirty-thousand-meter dragon, but the transformation does not restore lost cultivation or heal injuries.
