The Mountain and Sea Realm Spirit Automaton is the sentient will that administers the Realm’s built-in wartime defenses while leaving the decision to begin war to its people.

Biography

The choice to fight

When Lord White’s Outsider aura is exposed, the Realm’s will declares that Outsiders must be executed and begins crushing him. A First Heaven commander threatens immediate war, and the will freezes rather than decide the fate of every inhabitant alone. It then identifies itself openly as a spirit automaton, explains the history and danger of the 33 Heavens, and asks all cultivators whether to fight now or wait. (Chapters 1313–1314)

The answer rises collectively from the Realm. Once the people choose war, the automaton repeats “Fight” and activates the sun, moon, and nine Xuanwu. Its restraint is therefore not cowardice but a boundary in its mandate: it can execute defensive functions, but it will not substitute its judgment for the people whose lives those functions affect. Wartime support and Meng Hao’s blessing

The automaton suppresses invading Outsiders to sixty percent of normal battle power, reinforces Mountain and Sea cultivators, and keeps the other thirty-two Heavens separated from the First. This transforms the Realm itself into a weapon and prevents the initial invasion from receiving immediate reinforcement. (Chapters 1316–1318)

When Meng Hao attains a Dao Sovereign fleshly body, the will studies and reproduces roughly eighty percent of its structure, then distributes that template to cultivators throughout the Realm. The resulting physical transformations narrow the gap with the Outsiders. It also appears to conceal or remove Meng Hao’s native Desolation tribulation, though a separate tribulation from the First Heaven later descends. (Chapters 1334–1338)

Appearance and personality

The automaton has no single humanoid body in the supplied chapters. It speaks as an ancient, icy voice throughout the Realm and acts through pervasive will, Mountain and Sea power, and the nine Xuanwu. Its defining trait is procedural responsibility: it is decisive against detected Outsiders but refuses to make the civilization’s existential choice without collective consent.

Abilities and cultivation

Realm-wide perception and execution

The automaton detects exposed Outsider aura anywhere within the Mountains and Seas and can converge Realm power to execute the intruder. Lord White survives only because the First Heaven’s threat causes the automaton to suspend the strike. Concealment or authority that blocks the Realm’s will can delay detection, which is why Meng Hao first strips away Lord White’s protection. (Chapter 1313)

Outsider suppression and reinforcement barrier

Once war begins, its pressure reduces Outsiders’ bodies, cultivation bases, and battle prowess to about sixty percent, provided they are below Six-Essences Dao Sovereign strength. Simultaneously, it maintains the barrier trapping the First Heaven away from the other thirty-two. High-level Paragons can resist much of the suppression, and maintaining several functions divides the will’s attention. (Chapters 1316–1318)

Fleshly-body replication

The will enters and analyzes Meng Hao’s new Dao Sovereign body, creates an approximately eighty-percent-pure replication, and spreads it across the Realm as a blessing. Every Mountain and Sea cultivator then experiences a physical transformation. The copy is explicitly incomplete, and its quality depends on the body it sampled rather than an independently invented cultivation path. (Chapter 1335)

Tribulation intervention

Meng Hao infers that the will hid or removed his Desolation tribulation when it did not fully descend. The later appearance of a First Heaven tribulation shows the limitation: the automaton can affect tribulation arising under its own Realm’s authority, but cannot prevent an enemy Heaven from imposing a separate one. (Chapter 1338)
