Male Eight-Essences Paragon
The Male Eight-Essences Paragon is one of the two strongest Paragons stationed in the 33 Heavens and the senior commander who tries to break the Mountain and Sea Realm’s resistance through force and surrender.
Biography
Confronting Shui Dongliu
The male Paragon descends with the final Heavens but immediately identifies Shui Dongliu as the greater strategic danger. He travels to Planet South Heaven and disappears with him into a private battle. When he returns, he is pale and wounded, and his reaction to Shui Dongliu’s aura reveals fear and recognition connected to Nine Seals. That experience makes him more cautious than the other invaders rather than less committed to their campaign. (Chapters 1378 and 1383)
Surrender offer and final battle
Acting for the 33 Heavens, he offers the defenders one incense stick to surrender and uses concealed defections as a way to divide their morale. More than a million apparent traitors leave the line, gratifying him until they detonate among the Outsiders and expose the maneuver as a Mountain and Sea counterplot. He hesitates, then orders the final assault. Even while enraged, he protects the Wang Clan with sword light, honoring their defection instead of treating them as expendable. (Chapters 1384–1386)
Sea Dream, Ksitigarbha, and Meng Hao’s Paragon puppet pin him down while Shui Dongliu battles Dao Fang. When Meng Hao becomes Demon-like after successive losses, the male Paragon turns coldly against him, but Meng Hao’s willingness to consume Paragon flesh and soul forces him to retreat. The arrival of the Immortal God Continent relegates the surviving 33 Heavens commanders to a lesser role. He remains alive during the Mountain and Sea Realm’s escape; the supplied corpus does not establish his later fate. (Chapters 1386–1398)
Appearance and personality
He appears externally as an ordinary male cultivator rather than an Outsider, because his complete soul possesses a body. His eyes are cold and treat ordinary lives as insignificant. Nevertheless, he is controlled and strategic: he seeks Shui Dongliu first, uses negotiation as psychological warfare, and pauses when new evidence changes the battlefield. His protection of the Wang Clan shows that his bargains retain practical meaning.
Abilities and cultivation
Eight-Essences Paragon power
He is one of the two strongest Paragons of the 33 Heavens. His pressure shakes the Mountains and Seas, and multiple top defenders must combine merely to pin him down. He can cross directly to Planet South Heaven and survive an unseen confrontation with Shui Dongliu, although he returns injured and frightened. The source does not explain his individual eight Essences. (Chapters 1378, 1383, and 1386)
Sword light and wide-area protection
During the final battle he sends down a beam of sword light that separates the Wang Clan from the attacking armies. The technique functions as rapid, large-area protection while he is simultaneously engaged by Sea Dream, Ksitigarbha, and the Paragon puppet. The corpus demonstrates the effect but does not identify the sword light as an item-derived technique or give its duration. (Chapter 1386)
Command and psychological warfare
His surrender ultimatum is constructed to let defectors move without openly identifying themselves and thereby reduce the risk of immediate reprisal. This creates a mass movement large enough to appear decisive, but Shui Dongliu has anticipated the logic: most defectors are volunteers who self-detonate inside the Outsider army. The failed stratagem shows both the Paragon’s political reach and the limits of manipulation against an enemy prepared to weaponize sacrifice. (Chapters 1384–1385)
