Chloe

Chloe is the younger of Queen Jasmine’s twin Bloodletter bodyguards. Assigned to protect Wolfe for life, she joins his third Pentacle, reaches Rank Six, adopts enchanted rifle tactics, and fights interstellar invaders before advancing with the original Pentacles to Overlord/Saint-equivalent standing.

Biography

The lifelong guard bond

Chloe arrives with Millie as part of Queen Jasmine’s offer of a permanent royal bodyguard retinue. Both twins accept the assignment and enter the Demon Pentacle with Carmine, Nimue, and Risa. The collective mana exchange raises Chloe to Rank Six, turning an already elite assassin into one of Wolfe’s highest-ranked immediate protectors while embedding her in a durable magical team. A new battlefield doctrine

Chloe trains with a dark-blue-wrapped enchanted rifle made by Wolfe and incorporates it into her Bloodletter skill set. She guards him around Forest Grove, then uses flight, concealment, and ranged fire during the interstellar invasion. Chloe also speaks independently during the aftermath, confirming that the twins’ synchronized service should not erase their separate agency even when most scenes place them together. Castle and Overlord service

In the late story Chloe appears in treaty security, formal palace dress, Noxus Castle protection, and major household gatherings. The original-Pentacle surge advances her to Overlord/Saint-equivalent rank alongside Millie and Risa. She retains a protective role after the breakthrough, using the status as stronger deterrence rather than treating advancement as a reason to abandon the daily discipline of guarding entrances and people. Appearance and personality

Chloe is a relatively small, delicate Bloodletter with alabaster-white skin, long white hair, and large white wings. She resembles Millie closely and wears black hooded robes for combat, then pale or silver armor over black silk or gold formal dresses. The corpus identifies Chloe as the younger twin but does not support invented eye colors, horns, or unique scars. (Chapters 662–664, 763–764, 956, and 1124)

She is controlled, adaptive, and loyal, with the confidence to accept unfamiliar weapons and act independently when necessary. Shared twin scenes dominate her evidence, so her characterization should not be exaggerated into an opposite of Millie. Bloodletter combat and flight

Chloe’s Bloodletter heritage provides powerful physical combat ability, flight through her white wings, and assassin-grade protection skills. Her enchanted rifle adds ranged attacks suited to modern and interstellar battlefields. The weapon does not replace close combat or situational awareness; it gives a specialist another engagement distance while remaining dependent on ammunition, enchantments, and a clear target. Pentacle progression

The third Pentacle shares and balances mana among Chloe, Millie, Risa, Carmine, and Nimue. Chloe reaches Rank Six during its initial exchange and later advances to Overlord/Saint-equivalent with the original three Pentacles. The narrative begins after her earlier development, so it would be misleading to backfill Ranks One through Five or invent an individual breakthrough between Rank Six and Overlord. Protective practice

Chloe works best within layered security: Risa leads, Millie covers complementary angles, Wolfe’s wards shape the perimeter, and the Pentacle provides rapid communication and power. Her rank does not make the defended person untouchable; portal breaches, biological weapons, and attacks elsewhere can evade a bodyguard’s line of sight.
