Eleine

Eleine is the administrative guild master of Lost Valley, a former Hero, and a magical craftswoman associated with Fairy Garden's dungeon administration. Beneath her playful pursuit of Lin, she is a veteran administrator who safeguards dungeon power, supervises explorers connected to her world, and creates rare tools capable of advancing already exceptional equipment. (Chapters 166, 169, 203, 237, 240, 251, 266–268, 277, 321–323, and 331)

Biography

Lost Valley's administrator

Eleine first visits Fairy Garden while pursuing Lin, but her own post is Lost Valley. She appears more ordinary and frail than Loretta, yet is much stronger than she looks and can craft unusually high-ranked dungeon items. Her predecessor abandoned his duty after falling for an explorer and tried to escape using power diverted from the dungeon. Eleine killed him, restored that power, and accepted the administrative post because she believed explorers from other worlds still needed the dungeon. She had previously served as a Hero and transferred most of her surviving world's power to a successor. (Chapters 166, 169, 203, 237, 240, and 277)

Edias and the former Hero

As the administrator responsible for Edias's Hero, Tian, Eleine asks Kang Shin to investigate his disappearance. She acknowledges the danger, provides a request form containing part of Tian's Hero item to guide the search, and is deeply relieved when Shin returns. The news that Tian had already died shocks her, but she thanks Shin for completing the task and recognizes him as a good Hero. Her reward is a bead made from a small remnant of her own former world power, designed to elevate a worthy object beyond its current rank. (Chapters 251, 266–268, and 277)

Crafting beyond prediction

Eleine's reinforcement bead becomes the catalyst for two major weapons, though its results are not fully under her control. When used in the creation of Steel, it absorbs enormous quantities of mana, demonic energy, bodies, and world power on a scale neither Eleine nor Lin anticipated. Eleine later supplies another bead for the evolution of Shin's spear, allowing the completed weapon to reach a still higher state once its conditions are satisfied. She remains active in dungeon administration and magical craftwork through the latest appearance covered by the corpus. (Chapters 277, 321–323, and 331)

Appearance and personality

Eleine is a frail-looking woman whose unassuming appearance conceals a powerful presence. The supplied corpus does not establish dependable details such as her hair color, eye color, or height. Her durability is greater than her appearance suggests, and she can use healing magic on herself after Loretta's physical reprimands. (Chapters 166, 237, and 267)

She is playful, blunt, commercially minded, and persistent in her open attraction to Lin. Those comic traits coexist with a hard sense of responsibility: Eleine killed a predecessor who endangered the dungeon, accepted his neglected burden, worries genuinely about Tian, and quietly grieves when she learns his fate. She may tease or bargain immediately when she sees something valuable, but her decisive choices are shaped by administrative duty and her experience as a Hero. (Chapters 166, 240, 251, 266–268, 277, and 321–323)

Powers and abilities

Administrative authority

As Lost Valley's administrative guild master, Eleine can issue and supervise requests, support explorers under her jurisdiction, and direct dungeon resources associated with her post. Loretta treats her as a formidable former Hero, and Eleine retains enough power to heal herself, but the corpus provides little direct evidence of her current combat style. Her clearest strengths lie in administration, judgment, and magical preparation rather than demonstrated front-line victories. (Chapters 237, 240, 251, and 266–268)

Magical craftwork

Eleine creates high-ranked access tickets and world-power beads capable of forcing a qualified object to the next level. A bead cannot improve just anything: Lin explains that the object must already belong to a suitable league and must have accumulated a substantial history of protecting its owner. Once those conditions are met, breaking the bead initiates the evolution. The dungeon cannot reliably appraise the resulting tool, and even Eleine cannot predict how much power it will absorb or precisely what it will become. (Chapters 169, 203, 277, 321–323, and 331)

Relationships

  • Lin: Eleine openly pursues Lin and repeatedly visits Fairy Garden to see him. He understands the requirements of her craft, respects the ability of her beads to advance completed equipment, and collaborates with her tools even when he finds her attention troublesome. (Chapters 166, 237, 277, 321–323, and 331)
  • Loretta: Loretta regards Eleine as both a fellow administrator and an intrusive rival around Lin. Their exchanges are often violent comedy, but Loretta also supplies context for Eleine's strength and former administrative history. (Chapters 166, 237, 240, 251, and 267)
  • Kang Shin: Eleine entrusts Shin with the search for Tian and rewards him after he confirms the former Hero's death. She praises Shin's conduct as a Hero and later contributes the craft materials used to advance his equipment. (Chapters 251, 266–268, 277, 321–323, and 331)

Items

Eleine creates dungeon tickets and small reinforcement beads made with remnants of world power. The beads are consumable craft materials rather than equipment she carries: one is expended while creating Steel, and another helps evolve Shin's spear. Their outcomes depend on the target object's quality and history and may exceed even Eleine's predictions. (Chapters 169, 203, 277, 321–323, and 331)
