The Storm King first receives Jason Asano in his throne room, where Jason’s refusal to perform conventional deference tests royal patience without provoking retaliation. At the royal ball, the king intervenes to stop a duel from escalating and then watches the arena matches with Soramir, balancing family reputation against the reality of Jason’s unusual position. His decisions are pragmatic: he contains immediate disruption, permits opportunities that benefit the kingdom and later approves the inter-world bridge inside Storm Kingdom territory after weighing both risk and strategic value.
