Ramona

Ramona is a former celestine converted into a human by Purity’s forces and later a gold-rank ritualist on Miriam’s Team Moon’s Edge. Her path moves from serving Sendira’s covert operation to helping coordinate large-scale defences against messengers. (Chapters 522–530, 766, 823–834)

Biography

From converted operative to allied ritualist

Ramona accompanies Sendira and Fila beneath the fallen Builder city because her magic is necessary to navigate the damaged complex and recover clockwork kings. Although the mission succeeds, she is subordinate to stronger leaders and visibly cowed by Galo’s gold-rank aura. Later, as a member of Team Moon’s Edge, she assists Clive Standish with the brightheart ritual device, projects a large dome against repeated lightning strikes and shelters Miriam’s group inside an invisibility sphere during the messenger confrontation. Skills and relationships

Ramona is a gold-rank ritualist capable of maintaining wide-area barriers and concealment. Her dome requires sustained magical support in heavy bombardment, with Clive and Belinda Callahan helping replenish her during testing. (Chapters 766, 823–834)
