Biography

From underworld boss to clan builder

Hiro first approaches the magical crisis with the habits of a criminal boss, relying on people such as Taika and judging threats through loyalty and leverage. Jason's expanding domains give those skills a different purpose. Hiro accepts relocation when the family can no longer be defended conventionally and later helps manage refugee communities, taking Emi home and treating transformed newcomers as neighbours whose stability matters to the clan's survival. Skills and abilities

Hiro's strengths are organisation, local connections and command presence rather than specialised adventuring. Magic improves his physique, but he remains most effective coordinating people who already trust him. His criminal background gives him experience with secrecy and coercion, while clan life requires those instincts to be redirected toward protection, distribution and community legitimacy.
