The Ciel's Fate Tome is a magical book used to monitor Brandon's System and the expected break in Jin's control, though its readings are not always reliable.

History

Monitoring the Sovereign plan

Ciel consults the tome while manipulating the circumstances around Lumian and Belle, expecting Brandon's System to break under a sacrificial vow. The book begins to disintegrate during that crisis, yet later appears intact and displays a state that omits or obscures Brandon's newly exchanged skills. Its behavior therefore supplies evidence without guaranteeing an objective status record. (Chapters 200–215)

Brandon's later inquiry

Brandon physically consults the tome after interrogating Zeke, comparing its System information with diary clues and the unresolved Skill Weaver mystery. The later custody connects Ciel's monitoring tool to Brandon's own investigation, but neither its origin nor the exact boundary between genuine and Jin-visible information is explained. (Chapter 293)
