Carina Malatesta

Carina Malatesta is the Italian master of the mage clan Magia. She develops from a proud clan leader and commercial rival into one of Earth’s foremost defenders and a true dragon of Dragon’s Nest.

Biography

Magia and the Front Line Alliance

Carina first appears as Magia’s noble-looking leader while negotiating an alliance with Michael Smithson. Her all-mage clan specializes in joint magic: members concentrate mana into a magic stone, which Carina consumes to cast a much larger spell. She brings that method to Earth’s major battles and later joins Magia with Metal Knights to create a balanced elite force. (Chapters 72, 110, and 144)

Carina is practical about power and resources. She cooperates with Kang MiRae’s international arrangement only after asking for a magically binding contract, then helps establish a mercenary guild that allocates rewards by contribution and provides safe return routes. (Chapters 158, 171)

Reunion and Dragon’s Nest

After years of separation across other worlds, Carina reunites with Michael inside Yu IlHan’s time barrier and openly confesses her love. Grateful for that reunion, she asks to help bring other separated families together. The pair fight as a coordinated team, with Michael defending while Carina restrains or attacks their enemies. Carina’s signature method is collective magic.
