Lyliana Lyveli's diary is a carmine leather journal kept by the mainland master alchemist Lyliana Lyveli. Its recorded importance is alchemical: Reishi Senyu gives the old volume to Kai Tylenn because it contains some of Lyliana's potion recipes.

Reishi Senyu gives the old volume to Kai during a visit connected to Alana's pregnancy.
