Refined Stargod Metal

Refined Stargod Metal is an ancient metal associated with the Forerunners and reputedly refined from stars. It is ranked as the continent’s finest metal, but its extreme properties initially make it almost impossible for later races to work or use properly.

History

Recovery from the Mother Goddess Sect

Su Chen loots a light-absorbing chunk of metal from the Mother Goddess Sect’s statue and asks Patelocke to identify it. Patelocke concludes that it is Refined Stargod Metal, an ancient material once used for Forerunner weapons. Su Chen also detects a profound spatial seal that leaves most of the chunk’s mass in another realm while maintaining a connection to the piece in his hand. (Chapter 881)

Patelocke warns that only a Forerunner could draw out its full power. He suggests that the metal-devouring Flowing Gold Blade might nevertheless absorb it, leaving Su Chen to research a method with the Origin Bone Scepter’s help. This possible use explains the item’s initial status, but the corpus does not show him feeding the entire cache to the blade. (Chapter 881)

Puppet construction

Su Chen instead incorporates part of the recovered metal into four Titan-Class puppets, combining it with Dark Prison Metal, secondary Sark’s Nuclei, and the work of many craftsmen. Each finished puppet reaches strength comparable to an Ultimate Emperor cultivator, though construction and activation consume enormous resources. (Chapter 975)

Some ingots remain unused in Su Chen’s storehouses because no one can properly exploit them. He later discovers a more efficient method: divine power lets him shave off golden flakes and fuse a small quantity with an existing statue. With consciousness and divine power added, the resulting body becomes a learning Titan-Class puppet. This method requires little metal compared with the limited supply of divine script. Abilities and properties

• Exceptional toughness: The metal is described as nearly divine and ranks first among the continent’s extraordinary metals. It can provide a Titan-Class puppet with an extremely durable body. (Chapters 985 and 1054)
• Forerunner compatibility: Ancient Forerunners used it for weapons, but later races cannot naturally bring out its full power. Great quality therefore becomes a practical processing limitation. (Chapter 881)
• Spatial sealing: The recovered chunk feels almost weightless because its mass is held in another spatial realm while remaining connected to the visible piece. The seal can coexist with storage inside an Origin Ring. (Chapter 881)
• Puppet material: Combined with other rare metals and machinery, it contributes to conventional Titan-Class puppets; combined with consciousness and divine power, even a small quantity can harden a transformed statue to the same class. (Chapters 975 and 1054)
• Scarcity and cost: The Mother Goddess Sect guarded the material closely, and the first four Titan-Class puppets consumed nearly all of Su Chen’s broader construction resources. The corpus does not describe a reproducible modern refining process. (Chapters 881 and 975)
