Rule from the ancient castle

Pall controls a castle excavated roughly a thousand years earlier and preserved from the Illustrious Divine Dynasty. The surrounding Sand Race is a minority people generally grouped with humanity, making Pall both a local ruler and a potentially valuable intermediary in territory dominated by Ravagers.
